The exhibit is the culminating event of a year-long research project between PSD and the University of Wyoming that focused on learning more about English Language Learners in PSD.

An open house for the exhibit will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15.
Twenty-one students are scheduled to graduate from Poudre High School's General Education Development program at 7 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, at the PHS Commons area, 201 Impala Drive.
George Osborne, PHS principal, will address the graduates. PSD Superintendent Dr. Nancy Wright, several school board members and other PSD administrators will attend the ceremony. Each graduate will have an opportunity to speak to the audience.
Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6-10. Thank you to all PSD teachers for sharing their expertise, creativity and positive energy with students!
The PSD Community and Employment Resource Fair for students with disabilities has been rescheduled to 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, April 29, at the Larimer County Courthouse, 200 W. Oak. Agency representatives from local vocational, recreational, advocacy, residential and day programs will provide information and answer questions about services.
The Northern Colordao Out-of-State College Fair will feature admissions counselors from about 190 out-of-state colleges. The fair will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 8, at Poudre High School, 201 Implala Drive.
All PSD high school students and their parents are welcome to attend.
The Poudre School District Foundation’s annual Community Breakfast scheduled for Thursday, April 18, has been cancelled due to weather. Efforts will be made to reschedule the event.
Poudre School District high school juniors will take the State ACT (American College Test) test.
National Public School Volunteer Week is April 22-26. PSD thanks all the wonderful volunteers who share their time and talent with students, teachers and school staff.
