Poudre School District recognizes that revenue and in-kind benefits from advertising by non-district organizations and private individuals are viable means to help support District operations, programs, and schools.
District-related advertising is authorized in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in District Policy KHB, Advertising. View Advertising Policy KHB for rules and types of advertising that are permitted and prohibited.
The PSD Director of Communications is authorized to permit district-wide advertising in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policy unless otherwise determined by the Board of Education or superintendent.
The appropriateness of revenue and/or in-kind benefits to be received through advertising, and the terms of written agreements for advertising, are subject to approval by PSD’s Purchasing & Materials Manager.
District-related advertising agreements need to be in writing and shall not exceed one year. Access the PSD Advertising Agreement template to use for the written agreements. The completed agreement should be submitted to the Materials Management Manager.
