Print Design

• Instructional materials: curriculums, guides, classroom materials/posters

Printing

Graphic Services houses two high-end color printers:

• The Large-Format printer outputs brilliantly colored posters on high-gloss photo paper. Sizes range from 24" x (your choice).
• The Xerox Doc 12 is well-suited for smaller sizes and short runs (250 or less), printing superior color at a great price on a variety of coated papers. This printer can print up to 11" x 17."

For those projects printed by vendors, we obtain price quotes, make recommendations and coordinate printing and delivery. We help you choose from the variety of print technologies and vendors available to best meet your project needs and economic constraints. Contact Brad at brandall@psdschools.org

Business Cards & Stationery

All business cards, letterhead and envelopes are designed and printed through PSD Graphic Services. You can order business cards and school letterhead using the forms listed below.

PSD Logo

The PSD logo is a federally registered service mark registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The registration mark ® is always displayed next to the logo to help protect PSD's legal rights. (Please note that the TM is no longer used).

Staff members are encouraged to use the logo to identify district materials and to strengthen the PSD brand. Do not use any symbol other than the PSD logo to represent the district--always use the PSD logo to represent departments, services, projects, or any programs associated with the district.

Standards of use: Following the Standards of Use is essential to protecting PSD's legal rights to the logo, and, to displaying the logo correctly. Please review the following:

Use by nondistrict persons or entities: Those not employed by or not representing the district may only use the logo with the permission of Poudre School District.

As an employee of PSD, you may grant permission to an entity or individual to use the PSD logo when the entity/individual is in partnership with Poudre School District to benefit PSD students, parents and/or staff.

The following conditions do not warrant the use of the PSD Logo:

• Entities/individuals offering employee discounts, "specials," and free services do not have permission to use the PSD logo in that capacity.
• In no way should the PSD logo be used to endorse a product or service not created, provided or offered by PSD.
• The PSD logo should never be used on any document or product that is associated with finance or trade except as directed by the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services or his designee.

School Logos

Each school in the district has a logo and/or "mascot" they use to represent their school as the principal or designee sees fit. If you would like to update your school logo, please contact us.

Who should use your school logo? You should be very selective as to who can use your school logo. This helps you protect your school branding. Only allow outside individuals/entities to display your logo when your school is in partnership with them to benefit your students, parents and/or staff. Never give permission to use your school logo to simply endorse a product or service.

If Graphic Services receives a request for a school logo from someone outside PSD, such as a vendor, we contact the school for permission before providing the logo.

Staff can access school logos from the Document Library > View By Department > Graphic Services > Logos. School Logos pngs folder (pronounced pings) are great for both MS Word documents and screen display (i.e., presentations and web pages). School Logos Web contains gif logos which work well on screen only, but not recommended for print.
