Students, staff, parents and community members are invited to a farewell reception for PSD   Superintendent Jerry Wilson, Ph.D., at 5 p.m., Tuesday, June 12, in the lobby of the Johannsen Support Services Center, 2407 Laporte Ave.

Dr. Wilson's last day serving PSD is June 30. He is leaving to serve as superintendent at a school district in Maryland.

The Board of Education is in the process of hiring an interim superintendent. More information about the community committee and process for selecting an interim superintendent is posted online.
