Substitute FAQ

When are Time Cards due?
Tme Cards must be turned in at the Support Services Center, lower level, by the 15th of every month. (December time cards are due at an earlier date. That date will be communicated to you via the November Leave and Earnings statement.)

When do I get paid?
Checks are directly deposited into your designated account on the last business day of the month. You will receive by mail a Leave and Earnings statement approximately 3-5 days prior to the end of the month.

What if I'm no longer able to substitute?
Please send written notification to:

          or call the sub office at 490-3078

Also, turn in your ID badge and if applicable, your parking permit. These items can be left at the Support Services Center, lower level.
