Congratulations on your Employment with Poudre School District!

Please read the following important information regarding your new employment with Poudre School District.

If you are a new employee to Poudre School District, you will first need to fill out payroll paperwork and get fingerprinted.  To do this you must come to Support Services Center located at 2407 LaPorte Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80521.  The paperwork and fingerprints must be submitted before you report to work on your first day.  In addition, your payroll paperwork must be submitted prior to the 10th of the month in order to receive your paycheck for that month.  If you are hired in August, you may want to call ahead and schedule a fingerprint appointment.  It is not uncommon to wait an hour or longer due to the large number of new employees hired during this time of year.  Call (970) 490-3488 to schedule an appointment.

• All employees of Poudre School District who do not hold a current Colorado Teaching License and who are not a current Poudre School District student and over the age of 18 must be fingerprinted and undergo a background check.  
  
  
• By law, new employees must show verification of employment eligibility (most common forms are social security card and drivers license) required by the Immigration and Naturalization Services.  For questions on other acceptable forms of identification, payroll paper work, or for directions to our office please call, (970) 490-3485.
