Culture and Climate/Parent Engagement Survey 2012

In February 2012, staff and parents across the district took two surveys:

  1. A culture and climate survey for staff
  2. Parent engagement for parents

The National Center for School Leadership conducted the nationally normed surveys. Results can be compared to national results.

More than 1,100 staff members responded to the survey and nearly 3,000 parents took the parent engagement survey.

Both surveys had tremendous celebrations for PSD.
