PSD 2000 Bond & MIll Levy:
Promises Made, Promises Kept

PSD is engaging the community in planning for a bond/mill levy election in 2010.  PSD has demonstrated accountability to taxpayers for funds received from the 2000 bond issue/mill levy.  Following are ways schools and the district demonstrate stewardship of taxpayer funds:

New Schools
Careful stewardship of funds made it possible for PSD to build 6 schools instead of 5 through the 2000 bond, and resulted in $5.7 million in additional savings for critical construction and school repairs.
