WMS is a PreAP school!

PreAP is now at Wellington Middle School!

In November, 2007, all Wellington Junior High School staff were trained by College Board to teach PreAP classes.  Starting in the 2008-2009 school year, all of our advanced courses will be labeled, "PreAP" on transcripts rather than "honors", "accelerated" or "high".  This will allow us to offer a full spectrum of honors courses, either stand alone courses or embedded PreAP courses in the areas of social studies, English and science.  Math classes are sequential and PreAP eligible students will move up to the appropriate course as soon as possible.  Great news for everyone at Wellington Middle School!
