School Closures-Weather Related

Please, DO NOT call the schools, district offices or the broadcast media directly about weather-related closures .  A decision about weather realated closures is made by approximately 6:00 a. m. and media outlets are notified immediately.

On severe weather days, when school is held as scheduled, parents are reminded to expect delays in school bus service, and to dress children appropriately for potential longer waits at the bus stop. In addition, all children will be outside for recesses unless the temperature falls BELOW 13 degree fahrenheit.
