H1N1 Clinic Nov. 22 at Lincoln

H1N1 CLINIC SET FOR SUNDAY, NOV. 22; HEALTHY CHILDREN CAN NOW GET VACCINE, ALONG WITH HIGH RISK GROUPS

           

The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment will hold an H1N1 vaccination clinic Sunday, November 22, from 11:30 am - 4:30 pm, at Lincoln Middle School, 1600 Lancer Drive, Fort Collins. 

           

How to register: 

§         On-line at www.larimerflu.org (English only)

§         By phone (English and Spanish) at 970-670-6028, from 10am to 4pm, Mon. - Fri.

 

Both Flu Mist and flu shots are available at this time and multiple time slots are available. Priority groups for this clinic are:

  • Pregnant women
  • Parents, household members, and/or caregivers of infants under 6 months old
  • Healthy people 6 months old through 24 years old
  • People 6 months old through 64 years old with underlying health conditions*
  • Healthcare workers and EMS providers 

*Chronic health conditions include: cancer, blood disorders, lung diseases (asthma, COPD), diabetes, heart disease, kidney disorders, liver disorders, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, brain or spinal cord injuries or developmental delays, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis or other neuromuscular disorders, weakened immune system due to diseases such as HIV or AIDS, leukemia, or conditions from immune-suppressing medications
