7th and 8th Grade Sports

General Information

Students wishing to participate in a sport must have a "Athletic Physical Form" signed by a medical doctor before the sports season begins; forms are available in the Main Office. Completed forms, with all requested signatures, must be returned to the School Office before the student will be permitted to practice.  Seventh and eighth grade students must pay a $50 per sport participation fee ($200 per year family maximum).  This fee is waived for students who meet federal guidelines for the free or reduced lunch program after a completed application form is returned to the school office.
