Natalie is a full day kindergarten teacher and has been teaching for two years. She has her Bachelors of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She loves to ski, travel and read. She also loves to try new things, and plans on skydiving this summer. She says her favorite part about teaching is “ Working with children. It is so rewarding and refreshing!! I enjoy teaching everyday, there is always something new to learn for students as well as for myself. As a teacher I have really noticed the way children bring me back to enjoying the simplistic things in life that I often tend to ignore as an adult. That, to me, is truly the best gift to experience everyday! I absolutely adore watching their academic growth and connections they make along the way, especially in Kindergarten. |
Terri is a half day kindergarten teacher who also works as a para the second half of the day. This is her first year teaching but prior to this she had been a substitute teacher for 5 years. She currently holds a BS in education, and is half way through her Masters in Literacy. Her hobbies are baking, reading, being a soccer mom, playing board games, and spending time with her family. She says her favorite part of being a teacher is, “I love working with my students to help them learn, grow and be ready for 1st grade.” |
Kerry is a full day kindergarten teacher who has also taught preschool and kindergarten for 4 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Humban Development and Family Studies and a Masters degree in Elementary Reading and Literacy. Her hobbies are her family, pets, and she loves sports. When asked what she loves about teaching she says, “I love watching the light bulbs appear!” |
