Bringing fun and challenging before and after school classes, clubs, and activities  to Shepardson Kids! Shepardson PTO is proud to sponsor the Enrichment Program.  Each year, a variety of fun and challenging before and after school classes and clubs are offered to students in Grades K-6.  We are pleased to announce that funding has been restored to offer TWO six-week Enrichment Sessions during the 2007 – 2008 school year – Session 1 Fall/Winter 2007 and Session 2 Winter/Spring 2008.  We are also in GREAT need of volunteers.  We’ve “lost” many of our great Enrichment friends and are looking for new leaders for Odyssey of the Mind, Chess Club, and Lego Club, as well as help for new clubs and classes.  New volunteers will be crucial to the program this year – please consider stepping forward to help! Certain clubs may extend beyond the session dates.  Watch for specific information as the year progresses.  The Enrichment Program is continually changing and improving – we survey students and parents to determine what classes hold the greatest appeal, and if possible, try to find classes to meet a wide range of interests and needs.  Fees are charged to cover the cost of supplies and, in some cases, an instructor’s fee, but we always try to keep the cost as low as possible.
