School Registration
Kindergarten Registration:
Parents must register students entering kindergarten in the fall of 2008 at their neighborhood school by Feb. 7, 2008, even if an application is pending for choice/open enrollment. Although kindergarten registration by Feb. 7, 2008 is strongly encouraged, failure to meet this deadline will not preclude enrollment.
Your child must be 5 years old to attend kindergarten.
Younger students may be accepted if they transfer in to PSD from another public school's kindergarten program. (Refer to Superintendent's Policy JEB, Entrance Age Requirements.)
School of Choice Applications:
The deadline to submit School of Choice applications for the 2008-2009 academic year is Feb. 8, 2008.

- School Choice Application Form (English) (127 KB) School Choice Application Form (Spanish) : (110 KB) School Choice applications may be submitted to the schools for the 2008-2009 school year from the first day of class through February 8, 2008. All applications received during this period will be considered at the same time, rather than on a first-come, first-served basis. If necessary, the determination of space availability will be made as specified in Board of Education Policy JFBA, School Choice/Open Enrollment. Please complete one School Choice Application form per child per school and submit to each school your student is applying to attend.
Application for School Choice Transportation.
Parents of students attending a school outside of their assigned attendance area may request transportation from existing bus stops on a space available basis. Fill out the form below to request School Choice Transportation.
Applications for AlternativeTransportation.
Parents may request transportation for their students to locations other than their neighborhood bus stop. Use the form below to request transportation for split families, daycare providers, or for transportation to locations other than home.
