I enjoy what I do at Shepardson because... of the 400+ students who come to the media center and make me feel like I’m working in the best place in the whole world!
My favorite book ... changes depending upon my life stages. Currently, I have two. The first is "Life Magic" by Laura Bushnell, and the second is "The Parent’s Tao Te Ching" by William Martin.
My hobbies and interests include... thinking. I can drive across Kansas and spend the entire time driving, observing, and thinking! Why do I drive across Kansas? Two of my FAVORITE interests live in St. Louis, MO. They are my granddaughters: Emma and Chloe. I also love treasure hunting at any and all flea markets, antique shops, thrift stores, and auctions.
I love Shepardson because... of the inclusion program. Inclusion just seems to bring out the best in everyone. It has made me a better person and I hope a better teacher. |
