We want to recognize a former Shepardson student who still lives in our neighborhood – SAM! Sam attended Shepardson and was one of the five members of the Poudre High School’s Science Bowl team that went undefeated to take first place in the 2007 National Science Bowl in Washington, DC. This team spent 10 minutes with President Bush! Many honors and recognitions have resulted for Sam and his team, including a paid trip to Australia! We are so proud of him. Sam truly represents what we mean when we encourage our students to “reach for the stars!” On behalf of the entire Shepardson Community… Congratulations, Sam!!!!
