Dear Parents,
Volunteer Celebration
We hope you will come to school next Thursday night, April 17, 6:00-8:00pm
for food and fun. The teachers will provide chili (competively), offering quite a
variety of options to you. Support staff will offer supporting foods and
beverages to complete the meal for your dining enjoyment.
After dinner, we will play BINGO and have a splendid array of prizes for young
and old.
(We can still use your white elephant prizes, too!)
Each of you have helped the school in some way and that makes you a
volunteer! Please R.S.V.P. to Karen at 484-1482, so we have a count.
K-6 Field Trip to PHS & Chippers Lanes on April 28
Next week we will send the permission slip (one per family) for the field trip on
Monday, April 28, for kindergarten-sixth grades. On that day, students should
wear their Mountain Schools Game Fest t-shirts, or their Stove Prairie t-shirts,
either of which are royal blue. This helps to quickly identify Stove Prairie
students in the large group of mountain students.
For details, please look for
Mrs. Conover’s note in the attached newsletter.
Request from Miss Colter, Art Teacher
Miss Colter will set up the Mtn Schools exhibit of the annual art show at
Foothills Mall on Monday, April 21 (no school that day). She could still use one
more volunteer, so please call us if you can help, too. 484-1482
