  • Test to Stay in PSD provides a separate option for students and staff to be exempted from quarantine, if they are not vaccinated. This means being able to teach and learn in school more often. Parents/guardians of students under the age of 18 or students/staff ages 18 or older may opt into this voluntary CDPHE program to receive free, at-home COVID tests. Students and staff must complete tests on their own and upload results to a secure, online portal. They may return if their negative test result is verified, and they remain asymptomatic. PSD is awaiting its delivery of free tests and will communicate about distribution plans as more information is available. Read more about how to opt in and the required testing process >>

Online educational option: Those interested in a fully virtual model for the 2021-22 school year may apply for School of Choice to the new Poudre Global Academy Virtual (PGAV).

PSD keeps safety as a top priority while educating students

During the pandemic, district and school leaders follow guidance and orders from Colorado Gov. Jared Polis, the Colorado Department of Education, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment and other public health and government officials.
