Poudre School District is proud to recognize the graduates of Cooper Home, Community Connections and Project Search. Celebrations were held May 14 and May 20th to recognize them.
We wish these 12 amazing graduates the best as they move on with future plans and adventures!
The Cooper Home program is a transitional program to assist students in moving toward natural supports within the community and the work site while fostering independence.

Community Connections helps students with learning needs transition from high school to adult living and post-secondary education after they have met their high school’s graduation requirements. These graduates learned important life skills, explored careers and became involved with the community.
