Poudre School District posts all bid information on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System site (BidNet). All bid documents, addenda, plan-holder lists and bid results are shared on this website, giving vendors instant access to bid opportunities through PSD.
Vendors must register with BidNet to access and download bid documents. There's no fee to register. However, there is a fee if vendors want to receive timley notifications from BidNet about bid opportunities. Vendors who don't choose to register for notifications are responsible for monitoring the status of bids.
Formal bids and requests for proposals must be sealed and submitted according to the terms and conditions stated. Electronic, facsimile or verbal submittals are not acceptable.
It is the responsibility of vendors to monitor BidNet to be aware of opportunities and to review changes or addenda to bids, quotes or proposals.
