The Department of Operations is dedicated to providing safe, efficient, and reliable services that support every school, student, and employee across Poudre School District. While much of our work happens behind the scenes, it is essential to creating learning environments where students can thrive and educators can focus on teaching.

Our teams oversee the planning, maintenance, and operation of district facilities and infrastructure, manage transportation and child nutrition services, ensure the safety and security of schools, steward financial and budget resources, coordinate construction and capital improvement projects, and advance energy management and environmental sustainability initiatives. We also maintain district grounds and outdoor spaces, manage utility services, and coordinate the use of school facilities by community organizations.
