Court Involved Youth

Court involved youth statement:

Students in the court system

The Behavioral Threat Assessment team works with at-risk students who are involved in the juvenile justice system, on probation or paroled back into the community. In addition to notifying school administrators regarding criminal charges, the team oversees the threat management process and the development of school safety plans.

The team is available to assist parents and guardians in navigating multiple systems by providing consultation, support in finding resources, and making appropriate referrals for services.

In addition, team members are the liaisons to the 8th Judicial District Courts, District Attorney's office, Colorado Youth Detention Continuum, Probation and Diversion, Law Enforcement, Department of Children, Family Partnerships, Summit Stone, The Center for Family Outreach, UC Health and the Larimer County HUB.

Please contact Galynn Lackey with any questions.
