Poudre School District believes in ensuring all people - students, families, and employees - are safe and honored in our schools and workplaces. It is important that you report safety concerns, harassment, discrimination, or child abuse that you and/or others have experienced.

If you see something that concerns you, say something. Use this guide to find the right place to make your report. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.
A safety concern
What to report
Such as:
- A threat of self-harm
- A threat of violence
- Illegal activity
How to report
Make a report to Safe2Tell Colorado online, through the Safe2Tell mobile app, or by calling 1-877-542-7233.
What happens after you report
Safe2Tell Colorado allows two-way conversation between you and the person answering your report. You can upload photos and social media posts through the website or mobile app. All information is encrypted, so you can stay completely anonymous.
After you make a report, a trained analyst collects information and gives you a tip number. Safe2Tell Colorado then sends the information directly to the school, law enforcement, or both for local investigation or intervention.
Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
What to report
Such as:
- Offensive and unwanted physical, verbal, or written messages about someone's identity
- Denied or limited access to a school or district program or activity because of someone's identity
- Behaviors based on:
- Disability
- Race, creed, or color
- Sex, sex stereotypes, or sex characteristics
- Pregnancy or related conditions
- Sexual orientation
- Gender identity
- Gender expression
- Family composition
- Religion
- Age
- National origin or ancestry
How to report
Make a report to PSD staff using the Incident Report online form.
What happens after you report
You can submit a report anonymously, and you can upload photos and documents. After you make a report, a building or district administrator will follow the applicable PSD procedures for investigation, intervention, or both.
