PSD's Provided Device program gives students access to a mobile device, allowing the digital learning to continue in and out of school.
Fees: There is a $50 fee when students enter sixth grade (middle school) and ninth grade (high school). This fee is subject to waiver for students receiving free & reduced lunch.
Steps to Receive a PSD Provided Device:

- Complete the PSD Provided Device user agreement / En Español: Acuerdo de Familia y Estudiante Para Uso de la Computadora Portátil
- Pay the $50 user fee at your school
If you decide to participate after registration, submit the completed form and pay the fee at your school office. This fee is subject to waiver for students receiving free & reduced lunch.
