EAS Preferred Provider Network
Find the right provider for your needs
PSD Health Plan participants are not required to obtain a referral or authorization from EAS to access in-network benefits, however, there are many advantages to working with EAS to find the right provider for your specific needs and preferences.
EAS has personally interviewed each network provider and knows their areas of expertise, populations served, competency, and therapeutic approaches/modalities. Working with an EAS network provider recommended by an EAS counselor may save you valuable time and help resolve your concerns efficiently and effectively.
Please note that seeing an in-network provider means your insurance will be used. If you would like to take advantage of your EAS benefit of five free sessions, these must be scheduled with a counselor in the EAS office.
Some mental health/substance use services still require EAS pre-certification for benefit coverage. Please contact EAS to obtain pre-certification for the following services:
- Biofeedback / Neurofeedback
- Durable Medical Equipment (SAD lightbox; Alpha Stim)
- Group therapy
- Inpatient Hospitalization (non-emergency admission)
- Intensive Outpatient
- Nutritional Counseling
- Partial Hospitalization
- Psychological testing/assessment
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
- Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT)
We hope you will schedule an appointment with EAS for the purpose of finding the right provider for you!
All mental health and substance use providers must hold appropriate state licensure to be eligible for PSD health plan reimbursement.
