Employee Assistance Services
Employee Assistance Services (EAS) offers PSD employees and their eligible household family members free, confidential counseling services. Sessions may be for individuals, couples, or families. Employees do not need PSD health insurance to utilize EAS.

Employee Health Clinic
PSD provides employees and their benefitted dependents with increased access to care through two Banner Health Urgent Care Clinics. Employees must be enrolled in a PSD health plan or have contracted hours to be eligible for clinic services; dependents must be benefitted and part of a PSD health plan.

The clinic is an alternative for many non-life threating symptoms. Services include:
- Bladder, ear, eye, and sinus infections
- Flu shots
- Gastrointestinal disorders such as vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, abdominal pain
- Headaches
- Mild asthma exacerbations
- Minor burn care
- Minor lacerations and fractures
- Minor surgical procedures such as wart removal, ear irrigation, nail avulsion
- Physicals (Offered during limited hours only. Please contact the Employee Health Clinic directly for times and to schedule an appointment.)
- Skin disorders such as acne, rashes, sunburn, insect bites, bee stings
- Sore throat, cold, and flu
- Sprains and strains
- Upper respiratory infections
Lifestyle Health Program
The PSD Lifestyle Health Program assists benefited employees and their dependents who are at risk for chronic illness such as hypertension, asthma, diabetes, arthritis, and other disorders. The Lifestyle Health Program provides support tools to improve nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness through a team of a registered nurse, exercise physiologist, and registered dietitian for individualized care plans.
