Online Registration

Online registration is available for new or returning K-12 students registering at a PSD school (with the exception of Ridgeview Classical, Liberty Common, and Compass Community Collaborative charter schools) for 2026-27 school year. It is also available for families enrolling a new or returning student in a PSD school for the remainder of this school year.

Please have electronic copies of these required documents to upload at the end of the online registration process:

Proof of address (a copy of a lease agreement, mortgage statement, utility bill, etc., that shows that the parent/guardian lives at an address within school boundaries)
Immunization record or an immunization exemption form
Custody documents (if applicable)

Note: You may be asked to verify your date of birth in person using documentation such as a birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate, military ID, or similar. However, in accordance with Senate Bill 25-276 passed in July 2025, Poudre School District does not collect birth certificates. Information regarding electronic submission of documents is forthcoming.

Note: Returning students are students who left PSD and are returning back to a PSD school. Current PSD students do not need to re-register every year to go back to the same school.

If you currently have a student enrolled in a PSD school and are enrolling a new or returning student, you can log in to ParentVUE to register the student. If you don't know your account information, please contact your school for assistance.

What is online registration?

Which "Online Registration" do I choose?

Neighborhood School Registration portal: If you are registering your new or returning student to your neighborhood school. Your address with be verified and automatically will select your neighborhood school.

Non-neighborhood or Out of District Registration portal: If your family has been notified that your new student(s) were accepted through PSD School of Choice process

What does the message “Email address already in use” mean? I received this when I tried to create a new account to start an online registration.

Can I start my online registration now and finish it later?

Once my online registration is submitted, can I go back and make changes?

How secure is online enrollment?

What does it mean when, after I log in, I get a message that says “You currently have another session open. Please finish that registration before starting over?”

Busing is not currently offered for students who attend a school of choice or PSD-authorized charter school.
