Colorado state law now requires school districts disclose what information they collect regarding students, how that information is used and what third-party contractors they contract with that collect and/or use student data. This webpage is designed to provide transparency to parents and the community regarding how PSD collects student data, what we use it for and which contractors we work with also collect and potentially use student data to support learning.

How do we use and share this information?
The District uses information about students to support student learning, evaluate teachers, adjust and refine its instructional and operational practices, and comply with various state and federal data collection requirements. Specific information regarding how PSD uses student data will be provided as soon as possible.
