Educator Effectiveness

 

In 2010, the Colorado legislature enacted Senate Bill 191 - the Educator Effectiveness bill. This legislation requires that all districts create new evaluation tools and programs that not only measure teacher and principal effectiveness in terms of professional practice, but also tie their performance evaluations to student achievement.
