Poudre School District enjoys a positive and professional relationship with all classifications of employees. The district participates in interest-based collaborative negotiations each year to determine salaries, benefits and contract language.
As part of the collaborative process, members of all three associations along with members of the Superintendent's Cabinet team meet several times a year to discuss changes to the employee agreement. Subcommittees, often called working groups, meet outside of the larger group to discuss issues pertaining to the contract and typically make recommendations to the larger group at formal negotiation sessions.
