Poudre School District is proud to honor the graduates of Cooper Home, Community Connections and Project SEARCH. 

We wish these incredible graduates the best as they move on to new adventures!

Cooper Home

 Raynen Braziel
He will work in the dining halls at Colorado State University and with the City of Fort Collins Parks Department.

The Cooper Home program is a transitional program to assist students in moving toward natural supports within the community and the work site while fostering independence.

 

Project SEARCH

Sammy Stewart
He is currently in job development with Project SEARCH and the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Sam Beecher
He is working as a stocker at New Mercer Commons Assisted Living.

David Vanskiver
He is an intern at D-BAT NorCo, moving towards a paid position.

Anais Mercado-Perez
Anais has recently been hired at Target.

Myah Rogers
Myah is in job development with Project SEARCH and the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Sebastien Bastille
He is currently in job development with Project SEARCH and Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.

Project Search is a business-led collaboration that enables young adults with disabilities to maintain employment through career exploration and training.

Brianna Allee

Community Connections helps students with learning needs transition from high school to adult living and post-secondary education after they have met their high school’s graduation requirements. Graduates learned important life skills, explored careers and became involved with the community.
