Mental Health Event April 16 at Fossil

The Ninth An Mental Health Matters text nual Mental Health Matters event, showcasing mental health community and school resources, will be held Tuesday, April 16, at Fossil Ridge High School, 5400 Ziegler Road, Fort Collins. Speakers will address a wide range of mental health topics that impact people of all ages. This free event is open to all students and families.

Akayash Cox, Centennial High School senior

Senior Akaysha Cox has a deep connection to Centennial High School. From attending her mother’s alma mater to forging a legacy of her own, Cox has found a community where she thrives and finds the drive to conquer each day.

Mikey Hatch, Centennial High School senior

Mikey Hatch brings a smile and a positive attitude, with the goal of having fun, in all that he does. The Centennial High School senior hopes his outlook impacts his peers who he encourages to appreciate others and their own opportunities the way he does.

Joslyn Schaeffer, Poudre Community Academy senior

As the first to participate in almost all of Poudre Community Academy's sports, athletics has shaped Joslyn Schaeffer into who she is and has made her feel more connected to the school.

Armando Granados-Porter,, Centennial High School senior

After a rough start freshman year, Armando Granados-Porter chose to attend Poudre Community Academy. Being in and out of school due to the pandemic created big ups and downs in his high school career, but he met senior year with unwavering focus and is determined to make it to graduation.

FCHS community raises money for Make A Wish Foundation

Fort Collins High School's Student Council raised $16,622 for the Make A Wish (Colorado) Foundation during their Spread the Love week. They raised enough money to grant two wishes, and surpassed their goal of $15,000. FCHS Student Council thanks everyone in the FCHS community for their contributions and making the fundraiser successful. Money was raised through several events during Spread the Love week including a dance, Lambkins Got Talent, bingo, Booster's Trivia, singing valentines, NAHS artwork, basketball games and restaurant fundraisers at Dutch Bros, Fuzzy, and Penrose.

Student Grades

StudentVUE gives students and parents (ParentVue) access to school and student information, verification of contact information and more. Students use their user name and password (the same user name - student ID - and password used for email and other PSD programs).
