Staff benefits and employee agreement

PSD employees enjoy a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance as well as supplemental insurance opportunities, wellness programs and retirement through the Public Employee Retirement Association (PERA).

PSD engages in interest-based bargaining with its three employee groups: Poudre Education Association, Association of Classified Employees and Poudre Association of School Executives. The employee agreement is negotiated each year and contains agreed upon language concerning working conditions, leaves, disciplinary matters, salaries and benefits
