Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC)

The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is a partnership between parents, general education, special education, and community partners in Poudre School District. Through this partnership, we advise the Director of Integrated Services, as well as other district leaders seeking input, on ways in which we might improve services for students on Individualized Education Programs (IEP). See our guiding document >>.

 

SEAC Goals:

  • Advise on issues, ideas, and processes related to special education
  • Provide input and support for parent education opportunities
  • Increase the knowledge for all parents of students with disabilities regarding special education processes, resources and opportunities
