The Board of Education is the elected body that sets policy and governance for the school district. Board Directors are voted on at large. Voters vote for one candidate from each director district that is open during the general election.

Share your thoughts - join the Student Advisory Council
Students who would like to share their experiences and ideas with the Poudre School District Board of Education in the 2023-24 school year should consider applying for the Student Advisory Council (StAC).
The council will meet monthly to share what is going on in schools and offer insight on the student experience.
Participants will have the opportunity to share thoughts on topics at the district level that the board is considering (“big picture” items such as mental health and belonging, syllabus input, student-district communication improvements, etc.).
A subset of council members will occasionally present at board meetings.
