PSD students name snowplows for City's "Frosty Fleet"

The City of Fort Collins is thrilled to announce the finalized selection of names from the “Frosty Fleet” snowplow naming contest. During the latest snowstorm, the City of Fort Collins snowplow drivers had a blast choosing six standout names from a list of the top 20, and here they are:   

  • "Snowzilla" - Bacon Elementary, third grade, teacher Lindsey Garwood
  • "Snowbacca" -  Beattie Elementary, fourth grade, teacher Vanessa Lucero
  • "Blizzard of Oz" -  Werner Elementary, first grade, teacher Sarah Krueger 
  • "Larry" - Bennett Elementary, first grade, Ainsle McConnell
  • "The Abominable Snow Monster" - Zach Elementary, fourth grade, teacher Liz Stafford
  • "ScoopDog" - Bacon Elementary, fifth grade, teacher Ryan Dill

Student Grades

StudentVUE gives students and parents (ParentVue) access to school and student information, verification of contact information and more. Students use their user name and password (the same user name - student ID - and password used for email and other PSD programs). Students who have forgotten their password should contact their school. For more information about the system, visit the ParentVUE and Student Grades web page.
