Here are a few things to help you get started:

• Transportation – Don’t Miss This Step!
  Planning for your student to ride the bus to their neighborhood school? Be sure to apply for busing — it’s required!

• The application window opens April 28th and closes July 15th.
• Your student may not yet be linked to your ParentVUE account, or you might not have a ParentVUE account set up yet-No problem—just be sure to select “No ParentVUE Access” when using the link below to complete the process.
• If you do not apply during this time, your student will not be assigned to a bus until after the school year starts.
• Register for PSD Transportation.
• Before and After School Childcare: At PSD, we offer AlphaBest Education for before and after school childcare services. To find out more information and to apply for AlphaBest click here.
• School Websites: Be sure to check your school’s website regularly! It’s the best place to find important info like supply lists, key dates, upcoming events, back-to-school nights, and calendars.
• Child Nutrition: Visit our child nutrition website to check out menus, learn about the free and reduced meals and fees application, and get details about our biometric meal program.
• Important Dates: The first day of school is August 14th!  Check your email and the school website regularly for key dates including possible staggered start days and times and deadlines.
