Poudre School District is in the final stages of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting a new District-Wide Mass Communication System. This platform will provide improved tools for connecting with families and staff, as well as updated tools for designing, creating, and managing district and school websites.
As we prepare for the implementation of this new system, we are limiting modifications to current websites and communication tools during this transition period. This step will help reduce duplicate work and ensure a smoother rollout once the new platform is in place.

We’re still here to support you! If something on your current website or communication system isn’t working correctly or seems broken, please keep submitting incident requests in ServiceNow.

Our implementation team will partner directly with schools and departments to support the setup of new system(s) and provide training in the new system. We’ll share more details and timelines as they become available.
