Several improvement projects underway at schools - access to sites may be limited this summer

This summer Poudre School District staff will oversee more than 50 projects at 27 sites across the district. Some schools and district buildings may be closed or offer limited access while work is being done. Most projects are expected to be completed by late August.

Projects at schools include renovations like roof replacements, resurfacing gym floors, carpet installation, shade structures, restroom updates, outdoor landscaping and more. Work at Eyestone Elementary School also includes converting space for the Early Childhood Education program, which is expanding services to families as part of the district’s universal preschool implementation.

In addition, a project at Poudre High School will address accommodating the PSD Futures Lab program that will be housed at PHS beginning in the 2023-24 school year.
