Jennifer Chadwick-Conway Named Next PSD Director of Student Services

Poudre School District is pleased to announce that Jennifer Chadwick-Conway has been selected as the next Director of Student Services for the district. She brings almost three decades of experience in education and student support, along with a deep commitment to ensuring every student has access to the resources, opportunities, and services they need to thrive.   Her professional journey began as a classroom teacher before moving into leadership roles as a coordinator and elementary principal, including serving as the principal at Shepardson Elementary School. During her time in multiple leadership roles, she developed a strong appreciation for the power of relationships, collaboration, and creating supportive learning environments for students and staff.   Driven by a passion for understanding and supporting mental health, she returned to school to earn her master’s degree in social work. She is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and most recently served in a district-level leadership role supporting social-emotional learning initiatives in the Thompson School District.   Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and teaching from the University of Denver, a master's degree in curriculum development and literacy from the University of Colorado Boulder, a K–12 principal license from Colorado State University, and a master’s degree in social work from the University of Denver.   "Throughout my career, one value has remained constant: doing what is right for students,” she said. “I believe the best outcomes occur when we work together to support students while also partnering closely with staff, families, and our community. I have always been impressed by the Student Services Department in PSD, and I am honored to join such a dedicated team."   As Director of Student Services, she looks forward to supporting the overall well-being, mental health, behavioral health, and success of all students.
