Facilities Maintenance
$22.9 million will be allocated annually to maintain PSD schools and buildings. A maintenance plan has been developed that outlines the projects to be completed by school in the first five years.
PSD is also planning to use the Debt-Free Mill Levy funding to install air conditioning in those schools that do not currently have it. A timeline for these installations will be developed by the Operations Department and will be posted when available.
Projects By School
These projects are subject to change pending any emergent needs that must be immediately addressed (i.e. the failure of a system not currently listed, etc.). The order in which projects are completed will be determined by the Operations Department.
