What it is:
Students, parents and staff can report experiences that negatively impact their education based on race, gender, culture, religious belief, socio-economic status and sexual orientation.
Examples:
- Discrimination based on culture or ethnicity
- Bullying
- Racial and homophobic slander
- Anti-Semitism
How it works:
- Reports are responded to within three business days (this is not monitored 24/7).
- Reports by students and parents are routed to the PSD Director of Language, Culture and Equity.
- Reports by staff are routed to the PSD Executive Director of Human Resources.
- Reports may be anonymous or identifiable.
- Tip and messages are only accepted through the PSD Incident Reporting platform.
Process after a report is made:

Student-to-student report: The report is sent to the Director of Language, Culture and Equity to review within three business days.

Student-to-staff report: The report is sent to the Director of Language, Culture and Equity to review within three business days.

Staff-to-staff report: The report is sent to the Executive Director of Human Resources to review within three business days.
