Community Connections assists students with learning needs as they transition from high school to adult living and post-secondary education after they have met their high school graduation requirements. Graduates learned important life skills, explored careers and became involved with the community.

Project SEARCH

A celebration for graduates was held May 17, 2023.

He ​​​​will work at Banner Hospital as a PeriOp assistant and hopes to travel.

He currently work at Ben and Jerry's.
 

Nick Petersen
He works at Poudre School District as a custodian.
 

Daniel Ruffatto
He works at King Soopers and hopes to get his own place with a roommate.

He hopes to work at a preschool and live in an apartment with a roommate. 


Molly Vowles
She works at Columbine Health as a resident assistant and hopes to live on her own.

 

Project Search is a business-led collaboration that enables young adults with disabilities to maintain employment through career exploration and training.
