Employee Online allows you to view and update personal and payroll information.
With Employee Online, employees are able to perform a variety of functions including:
- View/Print Check Stubs
- View/Print W2s
- View Tax, Direct Deposit and Deferred Compensation Information
- Change Emergency Contact Information
- View Job Information
- View Leave Time Information
- Link to Required Forms
- Make Changes to Tax and Direct Deposit Information
Active employees: Please login using the “Active Employees” button on the login page with your full @psdschools.org email address and regular PSD password. Employee Online uses PSD Microsoft Single Sign-On for access. For additional information, please review the PSD Employee Online - User Guide.
Former employees: Please login using the “Former Employees” button on the login page with your six-digit PSD employee ID and password for Employee Online (which might be your full SSN, no spaces or dashes). If you are unable to login, please email email@example.com.
