The Information Technology team plans, builds, implements and maintains technology systems used in PSD. Staffed by a dedicated crew of professionals, the IT team strives for excellence every day.

Applications Support Services
The Application Support Services division is comprised of the IT Support Center, Application Support, Data Analysts, and Software Engineers. IT Support Center
The IT Support Center is the primary point of contact for student and staff for computer, network, and internet resources and troubleshooting. This includes step by step technical support for multiple school sites and support services at all levels. Technology support ranges from district adopted software, servers, peripherals, cell phones and land lines to passwords.
The Infrastructure Services division is comprised of a number of teams working collaboratively to ensure that all background systems, services and processes are in place to support all technology utilized by staff and students throughout PSD including servers, data storage, backup and recovery systems, wired and wireless networks, telephone systems, and all major data systems such as email, student information system, directory services, user authentication services, and third-party integrations reside within this division.
The Technical Support team supports both schools with on-site computer setup and repair, computer imaging services, SMART classroom setup and repair, third-party software installation and/or distribution services, and technology planning. Technical Support also provides all imaging services for the PSD Refresh/Rollout programs on an annual basis.
Internal Graphics Support
Graphic Support is the internal contact for school website and program print support including business cards, stationary, and district/school logos.
