Working at PSD

Staff benefits and employee agreement

PSD employees enjoy a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance as well as supplemental insurance opportunities, wellness programs and retirement through the Public Employee Retirement Association (PERA).

PSD engages in interest-based bargaining with its three employee groups: Poudre Education Association, Association of Classified Employees and Poudre Association of School Executives. The employee agreement is negotiated each year and contains agreed upon language concerning working conditions, leaves, disciplinary matters, salaries and benefits.

Employee culture and climate survey

Human Resources, in partnership with the Association of Classified Employees (ACE), is asking all CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES to complete the Employee Climate and Culture Survey. Licensed Staff have traditionally been asked to share their perspectives and experiences through the Teaching and Learning Conditions Colorado (TLCC) survey. In an effort to ensure we hear feedback from ALL employees, we are asking you to respond to a series of short questions, so we can strategize to improve the experience for all staff and students. (Licensed Staff should only complete the TLCC survey)

Please complete the survey by Friday, Feb. 21, through one of these options:

1) Online (preferred) -  Employee Climate and Culture Online Survey

2) Download and print: drop off or mail to Human Resources to Human Resources, 2407 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, CO 80521, or at the ACE office, 1502 S. Timberline Road, Fort Collins, CO 80524.

Any potentially identifying information is kept confidential and will not be shared with the school/department supervisor. All demographic information is optional and there is a “prefer not to disclose” option for all self-identifying information.
