School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP) is a Poudre School District transition program that helps youth with mild to moderate special needs find and keep a job. PSD partners with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation to offer this free program. PSD SWAP earned a Certificate of Excellence from the State SWAP Team for exceeding 100% of their employment placement goals for the past three years.
