Immigrant/Migrant/Refugee Program

A Federally-Funded Program Providing Supplemental Education

The program serves eligible children and youth between 3 and 21 years of age.

Immigrant Education Opportunities: To qualify, students must have been born outside of the United States and have lived in the United States for less than three years.

Migrant Education Opportunities: To qualify, students must:  

• be between 3 and 21 years of age
• have not received a high school diploma or its equivalent
• have moved from one school district to another in the past 3 years with their parent or guardians
• parents guardians, spouses, or self have moved to obtain or seek seasonal or temporary work in agricultural production or fisheries that provides a principal means of livelihood
