EAS Preferred Provider Network

Find the right provider for your needs

Beginning August 1, 2023, PSD Health Plan participants are no longer required to obtain a referral authorization from EAS to access in-network benefits, however there are many advantages when working with EAS to find the right provider for your specific needs and preferences.

EAS has personally interviewed each network provider and knows their areas of expertise, competency, approaches, modality, and availability. Working with an EAS network provider, recommended by an EAS counselor, may save you valuable time and help resolve your concerns efficiently and effectively.

Please note: Some mental health/substance use services still require EAS pre-certification for benefit coverage. Please contact EAS to obtain pre-certification for the following services:

  • Biofeedback / Neurofeedback
  • Durable Medical Equipment (SAD lightbox; Alpha Stim)
  • Group therapy
  • Inpatient Hospitalization (non-emergency admission)
  • Intensive Outpatient
  • Nutritional Counseling
  • Partial Hospitalization
  • Psychological testing/assessment
  • Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

We hope you will schedule an appointment with an EAS therapist for the purpose of finding the right provider for you!

All mental health and substance use providers must hold appropriate state licensure to be eligible for PSD health plan reimbursement.
